Judith: using my back door involves sidling past the bins and down a muddy, weedy side lane, taking the stick prop from the rotten side gate and squeezing through an even narrower bit of path by the front stairs. All that and you don't even get snow at the end! Then again, you don't get evil relatives trying to suck the magic out of you, either.
L. Lee Lowe: Apart from BLACK JUICE, there is only my previous collection of short stories, WHITE TIME. That's coming out in the US in March, but I don't think there are plans at present to bring it out in the UK - I think Gollancz/Orion only contracted for BLACK JUICE.
I write fiction. My latest novel is Zeroes, the first book of the Zeroes trilogy (YA fantasy), a collaboration with Scott Westerfeld and Deborah Biancotti. My novel Sea Hearts is published as The Brides of Rollrock Island in the UK and the US. I've also written Tender Morsels and five short story collections: White Time, Black Juice, Red Spikes, Yellowcake and Cracklescape.

Not if it's like the backdoor in Magic or Madness! I could use one of those...
Are there any plans to reissue some of your older short stories that are unavailable in the UK?
