Hi - it's Gillian again. The email address you gave me was missing its suffixes. I sent the email a few weeks ago anyway and then life overtook me (my father died - that was pretty overtaking in nature) and I forgot to let you know what I'd done (just in case my suffixes were all wrong). If you received the email, just ignore this note. If you didn't, then I would be really grateful if you would resend me your email address (gpolack(at)triviumpublishing(dot)com) then I can resend the email. Sometimes little things are so much more complicated than the big stuff of life.
